DELIVERY
All Thirteenth fine jewelry is handmade to order..For this reason we cannot provide exact shipping dates. Please allow a 1-4 week window for your delivery. If your order is a gift and needs to be delivered by a certain date we will do our best to accommodate your request—please include your instructions in the order notes or in an email to info@thirteenthstudio.com.
After your piece has been produced, we will ship it out and inform you by email with a tracking number attached. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you wish for expedited shipping or rush production.
All designs are produced in Vancouver, B.C.
SHIPPING & DUTIES
All orders are custom packaged with special care to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. Thirteenth is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.
All of our orders are Delivery Duty Unpaid. As duties vary from country to country, we do not have control over customs fees and therefore cannot calculate what the exact costs will be for your country. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
